Account Deletion Process

You have two options for deleting your account or requesting data deletion:

1. Instant Account Deletion via App:

   • Open the CineSwipe app
   • Go to the Settings screen
   • Select "Account Deletion"
   • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and complete the deletion process

2. Contact Us for Assistance or Data Deletion: If you prefer assistance or wish to request specific data deletion, please:

   a. Send an email to cineswipe@gpsxtre.me

   b. In the subject line, specify either "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Deletion Request"

   c. In the body of the email, please include:

   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your account
   • A brief reason for your request (optional)

   We will respond to your request shortly and guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Account deletion will permanently remove all your data and cannot be undone.
• Data deletion allows you to keep your account while removing specific data associated with it.
