Account Deletion Process

You have two options for deleting your account or requesting data deletion:

1. Instant Account Deletion via App:

   • Open the Cineswipe app
   • Go to the Settings screen
   • Select "Account Deletion"
   • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and complete the deletion process

2. Contact Us for Assistance or Data Deletion: If you prefer assistance or wish to request specific data deletion, please:

   a. Send an email to cineswipe@gpsxtre.me

   b. In the subject line, specify either "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Deletion Request"

   c. In the body of the email, please include:

   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your account
   • A brief reason for your request (optional)

   We will respond to your request shortly and guide you through the process.

Important Notes

• Deleting your account in the app does not cancel any active subscriptions. Manage/cancel subscriptions via:
  • Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Google: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
• We may verify your identity using your signed-in session or by email before processing requests sent via email.
• In‑app deletion is immediate and permanent. Email requests are typically processed within 7 days.
• Limited records (e.g., app‑store purchase receipts) may be retained as required by Apple/Google or applicable law.
